Distinct search intent
This page is for on-site chat: answers drawn from pages you approve, then a human handoff. It is not background automation (see AI automation) and not a phone agent (see voice agent).
Search intent we write for: “chatbot for my local business website” when the site already states the offer, the area, and how to book or call. If those three sentences are missing, we will refuse the bot and send you to website creation first.
The bot is constrained. It may quote approved FAQs, hours, and service URLs. It may not invent prices, availability, or medical/legal advice. Out-of-scope questions collect a useful message.
